Placing an order with Stitchy Bunny is quick and easy!
Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Browse & Select
Explore our store and choose the uniforms or apparel you’d like.
Select your preferred style, color, and size range.
Step 2: Add to Cart
Add the items to your cart.
At checkout, use the “Notes / Order Details” box to provide sizes, numbers, player names, and team name (if needed).
Step 3: Submit Your Order
Complete checkout using your preferred payment method.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
Step 4: Send Final Details (if needed)
If you didn’t add details at checkout, simply reply to your confirmation email with sizes, numbers, and customization info.
For logos, please send AI or EPS files for best print quality (we can help fix your logo if needed).
Step 5: Processing & Approval
We’ll review your order and reach out if we need clarification.
If you requested a mock-up for approval, we’ll email it to you (this may add 1 business day).
Step 6: Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days.
Shipping takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
