How do I input the sizes I want to order?

During checkout, you can enter all uniform information in the text box provided in your cart.

Or, you can simply reply to your order confirmation email with the details after checkout.
Is there a certain way to send sizes/player names/team names?

You can send us your order details in whichever format is easiest for you. If anything is unclear, we’ll reach out to confirm.
Example format:
5 Small – #1, #2, #3, #4, #5
2 Medium – #6 WILLIAMSON, #7 JOHNSON
3 Large – #8 BEALL, #9, #10

How long will delivery take once I order?

Processing: 3–5 business days (depending on customization).

Shipping: 5–7 business days (depending on location).

We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before you need your uniforms.

Please allow up to 14 business days total in case of unexpected delays.
What is the minimum order?

We require a minimum of 10 uniforms.

You may mix and match between sports (e.g., 5 baseball + 5 volleyball).

Individual pieces are also available as long as the total order = 10 items.
When does my order get processed?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday only.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Processing begins once all required details (sizes, logos, etc.) are confirmed.
Can I check my order status?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

Packages ship via DHL Express and usually require a signature.
How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $25.00 on all orders.
What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns.

If there’s an issue with your order, email us within 2 days of delivery at support@stitchybunny.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Can I add extra uniforms later?

Since we require a minimum of 10 uniforms per order, we recommend ordering extras in advance for new players or replacements.
Uniform Quality / Care / Color Matching
What material are your uniforms made of?

All uniforms are 100% polyester – breathable, lightweight, and quick-dry.
Do the uniforms shrink?
-
No, polyester fabric does not shrink.
How should I wash them?
-
Wash inside-out, in cold water, and hang dry.

If tumble drying, use a low setting and keep uniforms inside-out to protect names, numbers, and logos.
Can you color match existing uniforms?

We do our best to match, but exact color matches are not guaranteed due to fabric differences, fading, or discontinued materials.
Fonts / Numbers / Logos
What are my logo options?

Logos can be added in 3 standard size ranges (up to 16, 30, or 45 square inches).

Larger logos can be quoted upon request.
Can I add a team name?

Yes, team names are $2.50 each (up to 12 characters).

Longer names are +$1 per extra character.

Stacked names count as two names.
What font is used for names and numbers?

Standard block-style fonts (Arial equivalent).

Player names are always capitalized, while team names appear as provided.
Can I pick a number font?

Yes! You can choose from our available font options listed under “Fonts for numbers and names” on our site.
Can I add a team badge or custom logo?

Yes! You can select a badge style from our catalog or upload your own custom logo.

Logos must be provided in AI or EPS format for best results.

If you only have a non-vector logo, our design team can recreate it for a $25 one-time art fee.
Size / Product Availability
Do you have a size chart?

Yes, each style has its own size chart on our website.

Please measure carefully – Stitchy Bunny is not responsible for incorrect sizes once provided.

Our current maximum size is Adult XL (XXL requests are adjusted to XL).
Can I order different sizes for jersey & shorts?

At this time, jersey and shorts are sold as the same size set.
What if an item is out of stock?

If a uniform is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 1 business day.

You may switch to another style and receive a 5% discount, or cancel your order before it’s finalized.
Payments / Taxes
What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards.
Do I need to pay sales tax?

Sales tax applies only to orders shipped within California.

Customers outside of California are not charged sales tax.
